After visiting many friends in Stockholm throughout the years, renowned Mexican chef Roberto Santibanez of Fonda Restaurant has been fascinated with Scandinavian cuisine. He has created a unique menu for the holidays, fusing many of his Mexican classics with Swedish dishes.
